Terms of ServiceTerms:
1. We provide 20 days warranty from the date of your payment. This warranty does not apply to any damages caused by misuse or excessive wear.
2. All the pictures we used in this website were taken from the actual item for illustration purposes only. The actual size, color or appearance may vary because of lighting effects, visional illusion, etc. Please always consult us for any specific size, color or material.
We accept paypal and western union money transfer.
1. Items will be shipped out in about 3 to 5 days after payment is fully received. The tracking number will be emailed to you after we ship out your order. It usually takes about 7 to 20 days to be delivered to most countries.
2. Every item will be double checked before shipped out.
3. We are not responsible for losses or damages happened in shipping. Any shortages or damages happened in shipping must be reported to the shipping company at the time of the receipt of the item and must be notified to us within 48 hours of the receipt. We will file loss or damage claim for you against the shipping company. Reship can be made ONLY if the shipping company approved and compensated for the losses or damages.
1. No returns will be accepted unless previously agreed with us.
2. All returns must obtain a Return Number first. Returns without a Return Number on the package will be refused. The Return Number will only be valid for 14 days from the issuing date. It will be null and void after 14 days, and the returns will be refused.
3. Items damaged by buyer’s misuse or excessive wear will not be allowed to return for replacement and will not be refunded.
4. Items accepted for return for reasons other than manufacturer defects or errors are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping cost is non-refundable. These returned items must in good and brand new condition.
1. Abuse, misuse or incorrect order by buyer will not be refunded.
2. We will email you the same day after make the refund.
